Breast Lift Without Breast Implants
If undergoing breast lift simply to reduce sagging, there’s no need to introduce implants. Lots of patients are perfectly happy with the size of their breasts. It’s what happened to their shape that’s the issue.
Aging, pregnancy, breastfeeding and substantial weight loss can cause droopiness, as well as some asymmetry. Nipples also sag lower on the breasts and point downward over time. Breast lift raises the nipples to a better position.

Keep in mind that some scarring is involved, either around the nipple or on the breast itself. The type of incision depends on how much the breasts droop and the degree of correction needed.
