Aventura Breast Lift

What are my options with breast lift surgery?
Medically known as "mastopexy," the breast lift procedure can be performed with or without the use of breast implants. Dr. Krau will create a personalized breast surgery to help you meet your desired outcome and appropriately fit your body.
Patients often may be better suited for breast lift and breast augmentation ("augmentation mammaplasty") with breast implants versus just a lift. Bal Harbour, Aventura, and Miami breast lift patients who experience an excessive amount of sagging may require removal of the surplus skin, fat, and breast tissue. Dr. Krau performs the vertical technique, which relies on the internal structure of the breast, or the "fascial framework." This framework leaves little tension on the skin itself, less scarring, and allows for faster healing.
